The site incorporates the AllisOne Online Shop Site ('the Online Shop') and, save where the context otherwise indicates, references to 'the site' are deemed to include the AllisOne Online Shop Site.
The site is hosted and managed in the Republic of South Africa and promotes the sale of AllisOne products and other branded complementary health and beauty care products ('the Products'). Purchases made from the site are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to the exclusion of all other terms. By shopping or browsing on this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, and the other policies displayed on this site.

All products displayed on this site are subject to availability and will be delivered within the Republic of South Africa, and where possible internationally. All prices displayed on the site that are quoted in South African Rands (ZAR) are valid and effective only in the Republic of South Africa. AllisOne reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications on products and services offered on this site without incurring any obligations.

Notwithstanding any other provisions contained herein, AllisOne's liability, whether in contract or delict arising from any breach of any obligation in terms of this Agreement, negligence or otherwise shall not exceed at any time more than double the monetary value of the order in respect of which any such dispute or claim arises.
The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, an act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
General
You may use the content contained on the site may for your own personal, non-commercial shopping and information purposes only. In using the site, you agree not to infect it with any computer programming (such as a virus) that may damage, interfere with, delay or intercept any data or information on the site and you shall indemnify AllisOne for any damage caused by any such act attributable to you. AllisOne may suspend the site or any part thereof or terminate your account at any time if AllisOne should determine that you are not using the site in compliance with this agreement or if AllisOne believes the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete. By accessing this website and buying our products/using our services you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa in all disputes arising out of such access.
If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. Any indulgence or extension of time granted to you by AllisOne or any Relevant Company shall not be construed as a waiver or variation of any of our rights or remedies. At the option of AllisOne or any Relevant Company, any dispute arising out of the Agreement may be brought in any Magistrates Court of competent jurisdiction, notwithstanding that the amount in issue may exceed the jurisdiction of such court.
Country of Domicile
This website and Agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and AllisOne chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this Agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents concerning communications of whatsoever nature, 4 Ripelby Road, Claremont, 7708, Cape Town South Africa.

AllisOne Online Shop Terms
To purchase from the AllisOne Online Shop Site, you can shop and check out as our guest, without registration. However, we recommend that you first register by visiting 'New Account' and completing the registration section. Registration enables:
- A faster check out process;
- The ability to store your billing and delivery details;
- Viewing your order history;
- Participation on our Forum, asking questions and writing product reviews.
Registration and/or use of the AllisOne Online Shop Site constitutes your acceptance of this Agreement, including the AllisOne Online Shop Site Terms. The AllisOne Online Shop Site Terms shall apply as between AllisOne and yourself. AllisOne reserves the right to amend the AllisOne Online Shop Site Terms from time to time, and any such amendments shall be deemed to apply as between yourself and AllisOne. Any such amendments will take effect immediately on posting of the amended AllisOne Online Shop Site Terms on the site.
To make purchases on the AllisOne Online Shop Site, you must be over 18 (eighteen) years of age and be the holder of a valid MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners credit card ('Payment Card'). Alternately, providing you are transacting from South Africa, you may make an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into our bank account.
Online Shopping and Registration
Shopping and Registration on the AllisOne Online Shop Site are conditional on your specified delivery address within certain specified areas. If your delivery address does not fall within an area in which AllisOne delivers, your registration will not be confirmed. A valid postal code is required by the system, or your checkout will not proceed. In certain countries with no postal codes, we suggest you fill in the postal code field with the digits PC0000.
Should you change your delivery address to an address that does not fall within an area to which AllisOne delivers, your order will not be accepted.
To register, you will be required to provide certain information, including personal details and your delivery address. When registering, you will be required to choose a User Name and a Password. Please keep your password secret. AllisOne accepts no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your Password.
You will be required to enter your User Name and Password to log in each time you visit the AllisOne Online Shop Site.
To amend any registration particulars, please visit 'My Account' and effect the amendments.
Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card facilities will be acquired for AllisOne via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are an approved payment gateway for the Standard Bank of South Africa. PayGate is certified compliant with the security standards of the Global Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council, and no credit card details are stored on the AllisOne website. When PayGate processes a transaction for you via any of the secure payment web services, the transaction is encrypted, making use of the latest SSL encryption which encrypts all data sent from the browser to PayGate in such a way that only the PayGate servers can read it. Users may go to https://www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer Details Separate from Card Details
AllisOne will store customer details separately from card details, which are entered by the client on PayGate's secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to http://www.paygate.co.za. None of AllisOne's administrators or employees has access to your credit card details.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the AllisOne Online Shop, namely your personal information, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information about the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.
AllisOne will endeavour to ensure that your personal information details are protected as they travel over the Internet. However, there is no 100% secure transmission of data on the Internet given the current state of Internet technology. Therefore AllisOne cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information you transmit to us or which AllisOne transmits to you.
AllisOne cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User's personal computer or other electronic device used to browse the website, which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software, or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
PayGate Merchant Outlet and Transaction Currency
The PayGate merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Pricing Policy
In South Africa, you will be charged the prices as they are reflected on the Products in store at the point of sale, subject to availability.
International orders paid via PayPal are charged in USD ($). Please use the currency converter in the Online Shop to see the price charged in US Dollars.
Special promotions may be subject to certain conditions, including stock availability and limited offer stipulations.
Payment
AllisOne shall be authorised to confirm your payment on acceptance of your order before delivery.
By submitting your order and Payment Card details you warrant that you are over the age of 18 (eighteen), are authorised to make payment with the Payment Card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.
Should you choose the EFT payment option, AllisOne will await confirmation of payment by the bank before delivery.
Payment Options Accepted
In the case of orders for delivery within South Africa, payment via PayGate may be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners credit cards; or by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) into the AllisOne bank account.
International Payments
If you are purchasing from outside South Africa, you will pay in USD $ via your PayPal account. Please use the USD button on the online shop to see the dollar pricing you will pay.
Please note that if you purchase via PayPal, the price will be higher than if you paid locally in South African Rands for local delivery. There are a few reasons for this, including international insurance costs and the agreements with our international distributors where prices are set in US Dollars. ZAR (South African Rand) is not a PayPal currency and as a consequence, we incur a number of additional conversion fees, local bank commissions and delays in receiving the payment into our bank account. In South Africa, we also have to comply with the BoP reporting (Balance of Payment) legislative requirements to the South African Reserve Bank in terms of the current regulations on receiving foreign payments into our bank account. These additional operational and administrative costs are factored into the pricing for international orders.
Stock Availability
AllisOne will endeavour to, but cannot always guarantee the availability of stock. Where an item is out of stock we will inform you and backorder the item in order to deliver it to you when it becomes available.
If we are unable to supply each and every item ordered or in the quantities ordered, you nevertheless agree to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly delivered.
Unless otherwise stated, the products and services featured on this website are only available within the Republic of South Africa, or in relation to postings from the Republic of South Africa. All advertising is intended for the Republic of South African market.
Confirmation of Orders
Orders placed on the AllisOne Online Shop Site constitute your offer to purchase subject to this Agreement. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by AllisOne when the picker at the AllisOne store passes the Products through the invoicing system unless otherwise notified. Failure by AllisOne to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not affect the validity of the sale or the enforceability thereof.
Delivery Policy
Subject to stock availability, AllisOne despatches the goods, according to your delivery request, via the South African Post office, Courier, Pargo or Expedited Mail Service from Monday to Friday, within between 1 and 7 working days following receipt of and payment for your order. AllisOne does not process orders or deliveries on weekends, South African public holidays, or when closed, for example for the December seasonal break, when a notice to this effect will be posted on the Online Shop home page.
In South Africa, orders of R550.00 or more will be delivered free of charge. If your order value is less, or you are ordering from outside of South Africa, a delivery fee will be charged for each order you place. You need to select the Free Delivery option in the checkout if your order qualifies.
Deliveries requested as a Store Pick Up may be collected from AllisOne at any time from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, after one of the AllisOne Team have emailed or otherwise notified you that your parcel is ready for collection.
AllisOne despatches the goods, according to your delivery request, via the South African Post Office, Courier, Pargo or EMS or from Monday to Friday, from 11am to 3pm on the business day following receipt of the payment for your order.
- AllisOne only delivers to customers within certain specified delivery areas.
- For verification purposes, the person accepting delivery at the delivery address may be required to produce a form of identification.
- Any person other than yourself who receives the Products at the delivery address is conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
- Should no one be in attendance at the time of delivery, AllisOne or their courier agent will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for delivery. AllisOne reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required in order to make a further delivery if no one is at the delivery address to receive the Products.
- AllisOne's liability for failing to deliver the Products on the day following the placement of your order on the AllisOne Online Shop Site, or on the day indicated by you where you have chosen to receive the delivery at a later date, or at all, is limited to the Products being delivered at a later agreed time at no additional charge.
- You are required to ensure that you or an authorised person shall be in attendance at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available.
- On delivery, the person accepting delivery shall be required to sign and print his/her name as against a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt of the delivery.
AllisOne has outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements. Accordingly, AllisOne shall not be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates.
AllisOne reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. AllisOne is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, political upheaval, weather or other natural disasters.
International Deliveries
Whilst AllisOne endeavours to service international customers, please note that AllisOne is not familiar with the customs regulations in various international destinations, and cannot guarantee the smooth delivery of parcels sent by South African Post Office International Airmail once they have left the Republic of South Africa. We are unable to track these parcels beyond the flight number arriving at the destination country. Generally, there have been no problems with postal items sent to the USA, UK, Australasia and most of the EU except for Germany and Spain.
Please note: Customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importing of natural health products for personal use. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies.
AllisOne will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office.
- Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is from the date of shipment, providing that no problems occur with your local customs office.
- Some countries may require various types of import licenses. AllisOne will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license.
- Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge, not including customs duties, taxes and country-specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you are unsure of your country's import policies, please check with them before ordering.
- No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office.
- If customs duties are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you.
- AllisOne will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office.
- AllisOne will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge.
We recommend that you choose a shipping method that can be tracked. For non-tracked methods of shipping, AllisOne will not be responsible for lost shipments. If you place orders for delivery outside of the Republic of South Africa you understand that you do so at your own risk and that AllisOne cannot be held responsible for parcels being seized or stopped by your country's customs office, where they may either be destroyed or, in the case of mailed parcels, returned to us by sea mail, which can take as long as six to eight months before a refund can be processed.
AllisOne reserves the right to change the shipping method at its own discretion and expense. AllisOne is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, weather or other natural disasters.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy
The provision of goods and services by the AllisOne Online Shop is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, AllisOne will inform you and either:
- backorder the item in order to deliver it to you with your next order; or

AllisOne aims to provide customer satisfaction with excellent customer service. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased through the AllisOne Online Shop Site you may return it, at your own cost, to AllisOne providing:
- you notify AllisOne Customer Care within 7 days of receipt thereof; and
- AllisOne receives it, in its original unopened and undamaged condition, suitable for resale, within 14 days of your notification.
You will be refunded within 30 days of AllisOne's receipt of the goods, and the goods have passed the inspection criteria.
Shipping costs and costs of return to AllisOne are non-refundable.
Due to the sensitive energetic nature of the Aura-Soma Equilibrium Oils, AllisOne will not accept returns of the 50ml Equilibrium Bottles.
Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.

Cancellation
If for any reason you would like to cancel an order this may be done by contacting AllisOne Customer Care via e-mail or by telephone on 021 761 2808 before 10:30 am on the next business day after placing the order, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Cancellation of the order by the client will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. AllisOne reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet AllisOne's standards. Should AllisOne exercise this right, the client will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, AllisOne shall be entitled to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration if you should breach any of your obligations.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the Products shall pass to you upon delivery at the delivery address or to the person accepting delivery on your behalf if, for instance, you should not be available to take delivery at the delivery address. Until payment is received in full for any goods sold, ownership in the Products shall remain with AllisOne and such Products shall be returned and/or surrendered to AllisOne following receipt of a default notice from AllisOne.
Responsibility
AllisOne takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on the site, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
AllisOne Events Terms
Registration for the Events offered and run by us is made subject to the terms and conditions set out hereunder, in addition to being subject to the terms and conditions set out hereinbefore. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
To register for an event, you will be required to provide certain information including certain personal details. It is not necessary to create an Account on the site to register for an event, however, should you choose to Create an Account and become a Registered User of the site the registration process for Events is expedited. In this case, you will be required to choose a User Name and Password. Please keep your password private. AllisOne accepts no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your Password.
On the relevant Event page, please complete the registration form and push the Registration Confirmation button. Registration constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of our website, including the terms below regulating the registration for Events.
Payment and Confirmation of Registration
Should you register for an event, your registration will only be confirmed once you have made payment of the Amount payable as stipulated on the particular Event web page, either via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) into AllisOne’s bank account, the details of which will be provided on the website and registration email, and send us proof of payment; or via the AllisOne Online Shop either in the ‘Courses & Events’ category or as a quoted Service Item.
Upon receipt of your online registration and proof of payment, your invoice and confirmation of registration will be processed and sent to you. Should your billing information differ from your registration information, and you are paying via EFT, please include your billing information in your email containing your proof of payment.
Attendance of the Events
You agree to arrive timeously at the workshop and bring along any required writing materials, colouring pens etc. as you may require.
Cancellation of Events
AllisOne reserves the right to cancel the Event in the case of insufficient interest or matters beyond our control. We will inform you as soon as possible if an Event has to be cancelled for such reasons.
You may cancel your registration at any time within 7 (seven) days of the respective Event you have registered for. In this regard, you must inform us in writing within 7 (seven) days of the date of the event in question that you wish to cancel your registration, and this request must be accompanied by your full name and invoice/registration reference number.
Should you cancel your registration within less than 7 (seven) days of the respective event, you will forfeit the deposit paid.
Variation
AllisOne reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change this Agreement from time to time without prior notice as it sees fit. Your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms and conditions. You are therefore advised to re-read this Agreement on a regular basis.
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and ourselves. Your accessing of this website and/or purchase of its Products or services indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.
