Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy

The provision of goods and services by the AllisOne Online Shop is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, AllisOne will inform you and either:

  • backorder the item in order to deliver it to you with your next order; or
  • exchange it for another item of your choice to the same value, or
  • refund you in full within 30 days.

AllisOne aims to provide customer satisfaction with excellent customer service. If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased through the AllisOne Online Shop you may return it, at your own cost, to AllisOne providing:

  • you notify AllisOne Customer Care within 7 days of receipt thereof; and
  • AllisOne receives it, in its original unopened and undamaged condition, suitable for resale, within 14 days of your notification.

You will be refunded within 30 days of AllisOne's receipt of the goods, providing the goods have passed the inspection criteria.

Shipping costs and any costs of return to AllisOne are non-refundable.

Due to the sensitive energetic nature of the Aura-Soma Equilibrium Oils, AllisOne will not accept returns of the 50ml Equilibrium Bottles.

Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.

Cancellation

If for any reason you would like to cancel an order this may be done by contacting AllisOne Customer Care via e-mail or by telephone on 021 761 2808 before 10:30am on the next business day after placing the order, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Cancellation of the order by the client will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. AllisOne reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet Allisone's standards. Should AllisOne exercise this right, the client will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, AllisOne shall be entitled to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration if you should breach any of your obligations.
