Do I need to Create an Account?
You can make a purchase without creating an account, but we recommend you do because creating an account enables:
- Faster Checkout.
- The ability to store your Billing and Delivery details.
- A good chance of remembering the items in your Cart for your next visit if your shopping experience is interrupted for any reason, as long as you view your cart prior to logging out. When you login at your next visit, you need to view the cart again before continuing your shopping, or it may suffer a little amnesia.
- Viewing your order history.
- Writing product reviews.
- Submitting your story for publication on our blog.
How do I Shop Online?
- Browse our range of products in the Online Shop.
- Select your product and quantity, and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
- Once you have finalised your selection you can view your view your cart by clicking the ‘My Cart’ button at the top left or from inside the popup when you add your products.
- Make sure you've got all your goodies and your order is 100%, and Login if you have an Account.
- At this point, you can ignore all the Billing, Payment and Delivery sections on the form, although you can enter these manually if you prefer. It's easier to just let the Checkout assist you in the process.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the form, check the Terms and Conditions and then click the 'Checkout Now' button on the right.
- The system will prompt you for your Billing details if you haven't shopped before and created an account. Please fill out the form with the required fields.
- Click the Save Button on the top.
- Select your Delivery Option - please note that if you select a courier option, we need a physical address and someone needs to be there to receive the parcel during office hours.
- Click the Save button on the top.
- Select your Payment option: EFT Bank Transfer (South Africa only), via Paygate secure Credit Card (all countries) or PayPal (international orders).
- Click the Save button on the top.
- If your Delivery Address is different to your Billing Address, please click the Add/Edit Delivery Address Button in the cart. You can also choose to have your order delivered directly to someone else, if you are giving them a gift. You may need to uncheck the button that indicates that the billing and delivery addresses are the same. Remember to Save the address and give it a nickname that helps you to quickly identify the alternate address.
- Check that you are satisfied that everything on the form is correct.
- Click the ‘Confirm Order' button at the bottom of the form and follow the appropriate payment prompts.
- Your order will be delivered as per your chosen Delivery option, wherever possible.
Can I collect my order?
If you live in Cape Town and would like to collect your order, you are welcome to do so. Please select the 'Collect' option on the checkout page. As soon as our team have packed your order we will send you an email to let you know that it's ready for collection.
Can I buy from your Claremont shop?
We have a brick and mortar shop in Claremont and this website is our Online Shop. You are welcome to pop in and purchase from our Claremont shop, but the Online Shop specials and free delivery on qualifiying orders are only available when you order online and pay prior to collecting / delivering your parcel.
